Incompetence of VFS Global

The incompetence of VFS Global: When I went to my appointment, they refused to accept my documents because they claimed the nationality selected was incorrect and should have been a different country. I repeatedly told them I had selected Turkey, but they didn't accept it. There are three different "Turkey" options listed in the nationality section. The next day, after barely managing to access the appointment system again, I recorded a video showing that there are indeed three Turkey options under nationality. I sent this evidence via phone and email, explaining the injustice I experienced through the app and requested a new appointment. I received the following response: "Thank you for contacting the VFS Global Poland Visa Service. The incorrect nationality entry may be due to a system error. As long as all your other information is correct, it will not affect your application. When you come to your appointment, it will be sufficient to inform the operations officer of the correct nationality. Best regards, Ezgi K*** Contact Center, Poland in Turkey." Despite this, I called and wrote for a week and received no response or resolution. Today, when I called again, they said the information provided in the email was incorrect and asked me to forward the email. Later, they called and told me I could now book another appointment and that selecting the first "Turkey" option would be sufficient. Are they doing all this over a service fee of ₺462, or is this truly just incompetence?
