Can’t Create an Account or Book a Visa Appointment on VFS Global

I’m living abroad, and my mother is planning to visit me, so we’ve been trying to book an appointment for her visa through VFS Global. However, we can’t even create an account. It says an activation email has been sent, but we haven’t received anything despite multiple attempts. We’ve tried over and over, but the email never arrives, leaving us stuck at the very first step. All we need is to book a simple visa appointment, but we’re already facing technical issues right at the start. VFS Global, please resolve this problem and help us complete the booking process.
