Activation Email Error While Applying for Swedish Visa Via VFS Global

I registered in the system to obtain a Swedish visa through VFS Global and received the activation email. However, when I click on the link, I encounter two errors. It seems that the system may have crashed, possibly due to coinciding with the opening date of visa applications. This has prevented me from completing the activation process and moving forward with my application. The first error displayed at the top of the page reads, "An error occurred. Please try again later." The second error, shown just above the email section, states, "Http failure response for https://lift-api.vfsglobal.com/user/activateemail: 0 Unknown Error." I kindly request that this issue be addressed promptly so I can proceed with my visa application without further delays.
