I Face Missed Installation Appointment on Vestfrost VF LF 1268 Fridge
On May 30, 2025, I purchased a Vestfrost VF LF 1268 242L Static Refrigerator through Hepsiburada. The product was delivered to me on June 4, 2025. Since the installation had to be done by the authorized service, I called the service multiple times on the same day to schedule an appointment. Due to the holiday rush, they informed me that installation could not be done that day and scheduled an appointment for June 5 between 15:00 and 17:00.
However, on the morning of June 5, around 11:00, the service team called to say they had arrived for the installation. I explained that I was not home and reminded them of the agreed appointment window of 15:00 to 17:00, which I had clearly communicated before. Despite this, they stated they could not come back later that day and that the installation would have to wait until after the holiday.
This situation caused me serious inconvenience, as the promised appointment was not honored, and there was a clear lack of coordination between customer service and the installation team. I was left without a functioning refrigerator right after the purchase, which disrupted my daily life.
I request that the necessary action be taken to ensure the refrigerator installation is completed promptly at the scheduled time. I also ask for a written explanation regarding the miscommunication and the failure to provide timely service. Please resolve this issue without further delay and restore trust in your customer service process.
