I Face Poor Service and Delays on Vestfrost Refrigerator Repair
During the holiday, my Vestfrost refrigerator broke down, and I immediately created a service request through the call center. I waited for the technician to arrive on the first business day after the holiday, but no one came. When I contacted the local authorized service, they told me their only technician was working in Nazilli that day and would come the next day.
The next day, the technician finally arrived and checked the fridge. He mentioned that the refrigerator had been previously serviced and the compressor had already been replaced. He said they would return the following day to inject nitrogen gas (azot) into the system but left without doing any repairs. The following day, no one came, and no updates were provided.
When I called the local service again, the staff member who answered spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful tone, saying, "We have three devices for nitrogen charging, and they are all in use. Do you really think the fridge will work just because we add nitrogen?" This response was unacceptable and unprofessional.
Each service step was delayed day by day, leaving me without a working fridge and causing me significant inconvenience and frustration during a critical time. I urgently request that Vestel replace my current service provider with a more competent and respectful one who can resolve my refrigerator issue quickly and properly. Please take immediate action to provide a qualified service team and restore my refrigerator to working condition.
