I purchased a Vestfrost refrigerator, and it was installed on April 21. Since the first day, the refrigerator has been running continuously without stopping, producing an extremely loud noise. The noise is so disturbing that it wakes me up from sleep. In fact, I am writing this complaint at 5 a.m. because I was awakened by the unbearable sound.
Both the technician who installed the fridge and the service representative who came for inspection acknowledged how disturbing the noise was. However, the factory responded by saying that this situation is “normal,” which makes no sense given how loud and constant the operation is. Despite this acknowledgment, no solution has been provided. The refrigerator never stops, and the service team has no clear repair plan. They offered to take the fridge away for inspection, but I have no idea what they would do when even the factory has no solution.
Transporting the refrigerator back and forth risks damaging it further, and what about the food items inside? I chose Vestel for all my home appliances, but unfortunately, I encounter an issue every single time. It has now been over an hour, and the refrigerator still hasn’t stopped running. Even in just 9 days, my electricity bill noticeably increased. I cannot imagine what the bill will look like after a full month.
I request that Vestel resolve this issue immediately by either repairing the refrigerator properly or replacing it with a fully functional, quiet model. Please address this matter urgently and restore my confidence in your brand.
