Vestel Washing Machine Does Not Wash Properly

I've tried to get in touch with you more than once. The lid seal was changed the first time you came. The machine was washed empty at 90 degrees, as we were told, and that was done. But when we wash our clothes, they get white dusty spots and get worn out. We called the service once more. They said they looked at the machine and afterwards there was no change. Also, there was water in the machine. The service came and fixed the leak, but the clothes still had white spots on them. I asked them again over the weekend, but they said they couldn't come until May 13, 2024. When I called the Çankırı service at ***69991603, they said they couldn't come. They said they measured and didn't burn any clothes when I told them what was going on. I asked them to come wash with me, but all they did was measure, and the problem kept happening. They said they couldn't figure out what was wrong with the machine. What I want to know is why your service does the checks. Okay, but what do you think I should do if the problem I'm having lasts after your test? I can't use the washer because my clothes are getting worn out and useless. Help me please. If the issue isn't fixed, I'll go to consumer court. If that doesn't work, I'll leave the machine with your dealer.
