Vestel HV1140 Air Cooler Refund Not Received

I purchased a Vestel HV1140 air cooler on 28/07/2025 from the Milas M**** Ç**** Vestel store**. From the very first day, the device was both noisy and failed to cool properly. Because of this, I requested a return. The store initially started the process, but the service team never came to pick up the product. After waiting about 10 days, we had to deliver it ourselves to the service center.

Despite all these steps, I have still not received a refund for weeks. The store directs me to the factory, and the factory points me back to the store—no one is taking responsibility. A call from technical service even confirmed that I should speak directly with the store about the refund. Yet, the store refuses to resolve the issue.

I only have the invoice as proof of purchase; I was never given any formal return slip or document. I paid ₺11,600 via credit card, but the money has not been returned. We have faced similar issues with Vestel in the past, and this has caused significant frustration.

I am demanding that Vestel complete my refund immediately and end this unnecessary back-and-forth. Customers should not be left waiting for weeks when a product is defective from day one.
