Vestel Has Not Replaced My Faulty Refrigerator Since July 21
The Vestel refrigerator I bought in February 2023 broke down in June this year. We immediately called the technical service, and they came four times. The last time, a warranty replacement report was filed on July 21st, and it was sent to headquarters. Headquarters told us it arrived on July 24th and that the request would be processed within 72 hours. I've been calling for days, and each time, they stall me by saying it needs approval from a manager at the factory. We work for a corporate company, and I wonder what kind of approval this is? They're making us miserable these hot days. The 72-hour period supposedly expired yesterday, but no one calls or asks, and I'm calling again. Today, Büşra from the Manisa Solutions Center called, saying she'll forward my request to the relevant person face-to-face and call me back within the day. I got her phone extension, but no one calls or asks, and the extension doesn't work. I'm being deceived. I bought it just because it was domestically produced, and I regret it. They will call me again tomorrow saying it is waiting for approval, but I have written my petition to the Consumer Arbitration Board and will submit it tomorrow. That's enough.

Factory approval was given for the refrigerator and delivery and installation were carried out very quickly today. Our request has been met, and while I thank you for that, my complaint remains due to the prolonged simple approval procedures which caused us to spend the summer days without a refrigerator.
