I bought a Vestel fridge on 02.09.2023, and ever since, I've been dealing with a constant problem of condensation in the vegetable drawer. Half of the fruits and veggies I keep there end up going bad way too soon. I’ve had service technicians come out five times at different times, but they haven’t been able to fix the issue. Someone suggested that I should reach out to the Consumer Rights Arbitration Board, even though my refrigerator is still covered by warranty. The condensation issue is still not sorted out, and it makes me question what good the warranty is if they can't handle a problem that's been going on like this. This situation has been annoying and inconvenient, and I'm looking for a good solution.
