Vestel CMI98422WIFI Washing Machine Unstable During Spin Cycle

Using the Trendyol app, I bought a Vestel CMI98422WIFI from Çapkınoğlu, an authorized Vestel dealer in Trabzon. During the spin cycle, the machine dances like it's doing a horon dance, and the dryer on top feels like it's about to topple over. The service came, I showed them a video, and their response was to adjust the weight and type of laundry to fix it, but that's irrelevant to the laundry's shape. Even during a normal wash, there's shaking and stretching. A machine shouldn't shake like this. Our old machine never did this. Either they didn't set up the floor adjustment properly or it could be a chronic issue. I'm literally standing guard at the machine at 3 am, fearing something might happen, waiting to sleep once it's done. The shaking and noise are unbearable. I don't know how Vestel will fix this. This machine is unusable in this state. I refuse to accept any potential damage or errors due to this issue. The service came before but didn't do anything. They offered a solution over the phone as an update, but nothing was done technically. I demand an urgent solution. I can't accept and use this machine in this condition. New slogan: All of Turkey is "Vestel-ized," people are sleepless at their machines.
