I Face Constant Water Tank Overflow Problem With Vestel Refrigerator

I purchased a Vestel refrigerator from the Trabzon Of Vestel dealer, and from the very first day, I noticed a serious issue. The rear water tank fills up and overflows every two days, no matter how I use the appliance. This problem has continued without any improvement since the day of purchase.

Because the refrigerator is still under warranty, I contacted Vestel customer service and requested technical support. Unfortunately, the service team did not take any meaningful action and offered no real solution to the issue.

This ongoing malfunction has left me repeatedly inconvenienced, and I no longer trust the product’s reliability. I expect Vestel to replace my refrigerator with a properly functioning model under warranty. I request that this matter be resolved urgently, as living with a refrigerator that constantly leaks is unacceptable.
