Versace Eros Perfume from File Store Feels Fake—Requesting Refund

I purchased a 100 ml Versace Eros perfume from File Store for ₺2850, but I’m extremely disappointed with its quality. While the scent isn’t terrible, it lacks the richness and sophistication expected from an original Versace product. The projection and longevity are poor, and the fragrance feels no better than a cheap replica.

The packaging appears authentic, but the scent is overly simplistic and doesn’t match the standard of a premium brand. I feel cheated paying such a high price for what seems to be a counterfeit product. I demand a full refund or a replacement with a genuine item. Versace and File Store must ensure the authenticity of their products to maintain customer trust.
