Gratis Store Sells Defective Versace Perfume With Zero Scent Longevity

About a month ago, I purchased a Versace Bright Crystal Absolu set from the Gratis store at the Adana M1 mall. When I opened the product to use it a few weeks later, I noticed a severe issue with the perfume's longevity. No matter how much I spray, the scent is only noticeable for the first few minutes and completely vanishes in less than half an hour. I am dealing with a product that has near-zero staying power.

I paid a considerable amount for this product, fully expecting it to be authentic and of high quality. However, my experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I strongly believe the product is defective. I paid with my debit card and have the receipt at home, which I can present upon request.

I expect the store to resolve my grievance regarding this defective item. I will accept either an exchange or a full refund; what matters most is that I am compensated for a perfume sold to me as authentic, and that my complaint is taken seriously.
