I Face Poor Performance And Weak Scent With Yves Saint Laurent Perfume

I purchased a Yves Saint Laurent Beauty perfume from the official YSL store on the Trendyol app. Unfortunately, from the very first use, I noticed a major issue: the scent completely disappears almost immediately after spraying. For a luxury brand like YSL, this is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

I had high expectations when buying this perfume, especially given the expensive price, but neither the fragrance quality nor its longevity met my expectations. This is the first time I have ever encountered such a problem with YSL, and it has left me very dissatisfied.

I am requesting that my complaint be addressed and that I receive a proper solution—either through an exchange, inspection, or refund. A premium brand should stand behind the quality of its products and ensure that customers receive what they pay for.
