Boyner Sells Low-Performance Versace Perfume With Nonexistent Longevity

On March 19, 2026, I purchased a 90 ml bottle of Versace Crystal Noir women's perfume for $180 via credit card from the Boyner store in Cevahir Mall, Istanbul. Because I bought it from a reputable corporate retailer like Boyner, I expected the product to be authentic and perform as expected.
From the moment I started using the perfume, I noticed that its longevity was almost non-existent. The scent completely vanishes shortly after application. I previously purchased and used the exact same perfume in the United States and was extremely satisfied with its lasting power, so I can clearly notice the performance gap. The product I bought from Boyner failed to deliver that same standard of quality.
Because I had no other perfume, I was forced to keep using it despite my dissatisfaction, and there is now very little product left in the bottle. The reason I am submitting my complaint now is that I recently came across similar social media posts regarding the weak performance of perfumes purchased from Boyner. This raised serious concerns that my bottle may belong to a defective production batch or failed to meet expected quality controls.
I expect Boyner to inspect this perfume, audit the corresponding batch if necessary, and resolve my grievance through a product return, exchange, or another appropriate solution.
