Boyner Denied Return for $270 Yves Saint Laurent Perfume Exhibiting Zero Longevity

I purchased Yves Saint Laurent MYSLF Eau de Parfum this past Sunday from the Boyner store in Manisa Yunusemre Meydan Mall. I paid $270 for the product, yet the fragrance lingers on me for 20 minutes at most. With this level of performance, the product completely fails to match its advertised claims or justify the price I paid.
When I reached out to a acquaintance who works at the store via Instagram to explain the situation, I was told that because the perfume had been opened, it could not be returned. They suggested I send it for a technical inspection instead, which would require waiting roughly a month. I find this approach thoroughly unfair toward consumer satisfaction and completely disrespectful of the money I spent.
I want to state that this product is severely flawed regarding its scent performance and longevity, and as a result, I have lost all trust in both the brand and the product. I will no longer be choosing the Yves Saint Laurent brand.
I demand that Boyner either allow me to exchange this problematic product for a perfume from a different brand or provide a full refund of the amount I paid. Otherwise, I hereby declare that I intend to exercise my legal options through the Consumer Arbitration Committee and other legal channels.
