Velavit DIM Complex Linked to High Blood Pressure and Eye Bleeding

After using Velavit DIM Complex 30 tablets for five days, I woke up one morning with bleeding in my eye and noticed that my blood pressure had increased. When I consulted a doctor, I was told that the bleeding in my eye vessel was caused by high blood pressure. In addition, my cousin experienced a similar side effect after using the same product. When I informed the doctor who recommended the product about this situation, I was only told to stop using it.

No warnings or information about possible side effects were provided when I purchased or used the product, and there were no such warnings on the packaging either. I believe that users must be clearly informed in advance about such serious potential side effects.

I am requesting that this product be investigated and that clear warnings about possible side effects be explicitly included on the packaging and in the information leaflets. I expect the necessary precautions to be taken regarding this issue.
