Velavit DIM Complex Caused Severe Side Effects and Health Issues
On October 10, 2025, I purchased two boxes of Velavit DIM Complex 30 capsules from Işık Pharmacy in Erzurum—one for myself and one for my sister. We used the product for the first time, and I developed severe rashes all over my body. In addition, I experienced a significant decrease in my menstrual bleeding. My sister, on the other hand, developed intense headaches and eye pain. Because of the symptoms I experienced, I consulted an internal medicine doctor, and an increase in my liver values was observed.
Due to these negative effects, I requested a return of the products and a refund. However, despite contacting the company via email, I have not received any response for over a month. The products were original, their packaging was opened, and there was no issue with the expiration date.
I am requesting a refund for both the products and the amount I paid. I ask that the health problems we experienced be taken seriously and that our grievance be resolved.
