Velavit DIM Complex Linked to Severe Liver Enzyme Increase

I purchased Velavit DIM Complex from Antalya Bıçakçı Pharmacy in October, paying $43, and used the product for approximately 20 days. One or two days after I started using the product, I noticed a significant darkening in my urine color. Due to ongoing pain, I consulted a doctor, and blood tests revealed that my liver enzymes (AST and ALT) had increased by nearly ten times the normal levels. Based on my doctor’s advice, I stopped using the product immediately.

The fact that a vitamin supplement could cause such serious side effects and negatively affect the liver has deeply concerned me. I want to understand how these products are inspected and why such adverse effects can occur. So far, I have not contacted the company or the pharmacy regarding this issue.

I request that the product be investigated and that the amount I paid be refunded. I also ask that this health-related issue be clearly explained and that necessary precautions be taken to prevent similar situations from happening to other consumers.
