Velavit DIM Complex Caused Severe Headaches and Heart Palpitations

On October 10, 2025, I purchased Velavit DIM Complex (30 capsules) from a pharmacy and started using it according to the instructions. After the first week, I began experiencing severe pain in my head, neck, and eyes—symptoms I had never experienced before. My heart rate constantly ranged between 95 and 115, and I woke up two to three times at night with heart palpitations. When I stopped taking the product for a few days, my symptoms improved. Thinking it might not be related to the product, I started using it again, but this time I experienced the same problems once more.

Even though I have no underlying health conditions and do not take any regular medications, I experienced these side effects. Despite the product being expensive, I believe that its side effects have not been sufficiently studied, and that greater care should be taken when it comes to human health.
