VDCasino’s staff are completely misleading and dishonest. I made a deposit and have the receipt as proof, yet they claimed the money never arrived. Then, out of nowhere, they changed their story and said I had already played and lost it. That’s a total lie.

I sent them the login and logout times showing I couldn’t even access the games after depositing because the money never appeared in my account. The funds were in limbo for a while, and then they just vanished. When I tried to explain this, live chat support kept switching agents, and I had to start over each time. No one gave a clear answer.

As soon as I got firm with them and demanded my money, they banned my account. So now I’ve lost both my deposit and my access.
