Vbettr Manual Password Reset Request

I have been unable to access my Vbettr account for about 10 days. Since I forgot my password, I requested a password reset link, but no reset email has ever been sent to my address.

I contacted live support multiple times, and they advised me to create a new Gmail account. I did exactly as instructed and submitted all requested verification documents — including a video selfie with my ID and the current date written alongside “Vbettr” — a total of ten separate times. However, my documents are repeatedly rejected without explanation, and the support team keeps giving the same robotic responses without actually resolving the issue.

There is currently a balance of approximately $214 in my account, which I cannot access or withdraw. My username is “Volkaner06.” I have tried logging in from both my phone and computer, but the result remains the same.

I request that my password be manually reset and the new credentials sent to my email, or that the password reset link be properly delivered so I can regain access to my account. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently, as the delay is causing me significant frustration and financial loss.
