Varta Battery Died in Less Than 2 Years - Customer Service Ignored My Issue
I unfortunately bought a Varta battery about 2 years ago. The battery was flat in less than 2 years and Ordu Çağlayan Electricity, where I bought the battery, said they couldn't do anything without the warranty certificate. Those who say that they are the ones who guarantee that the barbecue doesn't leave ash behind when selling, are the biggest problem when there is a problem. They say that the registration is not done even though the system is registered. When you call Varta customer service, you can't reach anyone. When you call the factory, they hang up on you and don't answer the same number again when you say you have a problem. The call center doesn't answer the phone either and there is no solution to your problem. Why do you open a call center if you're not going to answer the phone? In short, Varta and Ordu Çağlayan exist until they sell electrical goods. If you sell and pay the money, no one cares if you have a problem 5 minutes later. For this reason, I recommend that you pay attention to this issue when buying a product and buy it accordingly. I couldn't find a solution to my problem. Don't buy it so that you don't have problems.
