I purchased a Vaporesso XROS Pro just 10 days ago and have been using the original atomizer without any issues. Today, I decided to use the spare atomizer that came with the device. I filled it with liquid as usual, but it immediately started leaking heavily from the bottom. The leakage continued until the liquid completely drained.
This is extremely frustrating, as I was expecting better quality from Vaporesso. I followed all proper filling instructions, yet the issue persists. I need a replacement atomizer or a proper solution. If this is a common defect, Vaporesso should take responsibility. How can this be resolved?
