I purchased a Vaporesso Luxe Q from Buharkeyf, and in less than 10 days, the device completely stopped working due to liquid leakage. When I inhale, nothing happens, and it gives a short circuit warning. The device is sealed and not something that can be tampered with, so this is clearly a manufacturing defect.
When I reached out to Buharkeyf’s customer service, they refused to honor any warranty, stating that the product is not covered and cannot be replaced. This is completely unacceptable—why sell a product with no support or accountability?
Since Buharkeyf is operated by BGG Tekstil Ticaret Limited Şirketi, I am officially filing complaints with the Ministry of Finance and the Consumer Court as of today. I urge other customers to be cautious—if a product fails this quickly, and the seller refuses to take responsibility, it shows a complete lack of customer care. I demand a full replacement or a refund.
