Vaporesso Luxe 2 Battery Error – Won’t Charge, Need a Solution

I recently purchased a Vaporesso Luxe 2, and now I keep getting a "battery error" message. The device won't charge, and I have no idea what to do. Some people suggest replacing the batteries, but I’ve heard that even after changing them, the issue still persists.
Why is this happening on a new device? I expected better quality from Vaporesso. If this is a common issue, why isn't there an official solution or guidance?
I need immediate support from Vaporesso or the seller to resolve this problem. If the device is faulty, I expect a replacement or refund. Can anyone help?
