I Dropped My Vaporesso Luxe 2 and the Screen Stopped Working but It Still Fires

I’m currently using the Vaporesso Luxe 2, and unfortunately, I dropped it by accident. After the fall, the screen completely stopped working—there’s no display at all. However, the device still fires, and I can see vapor coming out, which means it's technically operating. But without the screen, I have zero control over settings, modes, or power output, which makes it really unsafe and frustrating to use.

I don’t know what to do now. This is an expensive product, and I expected better durability or at least a way to get it repaired. There’s no guidance online about what to do in this situation, and I haven’t been able to find any clear customer support from Vaporesso.

I’m asking Vaporesso to please offer a repair option, screen replacement service, or at the very least, some official advice. I shouldn’t be left with a half-functioning product after a single drop. If you’ve had the same issue, please share your experience.
