I Can’t Charge My Vaporesso Luxe Q—Stuck on Green Light Even When Battery Is Dead

I’ve been using the Vaporesso Luxe Q electronic cigarette, but now I’m having a serious issue: it won’t charge at all. Even when the battery is completely dead and I plug it in, the device shows a constant green light as if it's fully charged. But in reality, it's not charging, and I can’t use it anymore.

I tried switching chargers, cleaning the contacts, and letting it sit before trying again—nothing works. There’s no clear guidance online about what this green light issue means when the battery is clearly empty.

If this is a known defect, Vaporesso needs to take responsibility and provide a replacement or repair. For a product in this price range, I expect way better quality and reliable performance. Has anyone else dealt with this problem? I’m asking for support from both the community and the company. This needs to be fixed immediately.
