I Need Telegram to Restore My Hacked and Banned Account

I am writing regarding my Telegram account, which I use on my Oppo X3 device, and which was hacked about four months ago. After the hacking incident, my phone number was subsequently banned from Telegram, and I have been unable to access my account since then. As soon as I realized that my account had been compromised, I contacted Telegram support through the support link and shared all of my details as requested. Despite providing the information, my number remains banned and I still do not have access to my account. I respectfully request that my phone number be unbanned and that access to my original Telegram account be restored. I would appreciate it if my case could be reviewed again and my account reactivated as soon as possible, as I rely on it for my communications.
