On April 23, 2026, at 03:50 PM, I initiated a deposit of 150 USD to fund my 1win account using the DuitNow Instant Transfer method. The funds were successfully deducted from my RHB Bank account and transferred to the company’s designated Maybank receiving account under the name CHEONG TZEN *****, account number 514589540040. The official bank reference ID for this successful transaction is 17752026204640869. Despite this, 1win has failed to credit the 150 USD to my platform balance. I have already provided the official bank receipt confirming that the payment was completed successfully, yet the issue remains unresolved, and my account balance has not been updated. This means the company is currently withholding my money without providing the service I paid for, which I consider a clear violation of my consumer rights. My 1win account ID is 9154574801. I request that the finance department immediately and manually verify the payment with reference ID 17752026204640869 and credit the 150 USD to my 1win account without any further delay. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and in full, and I also request written confirmation once the funds have been successfully credited.
