Vaporesso Device Not Producing Vapor – Red Light Issue, Need Help

I have a Vaporesso device, and suddenly, it stopped producing vapor. When I try to use it, the red light turns on, but nothing happens. Even when I plug it into the charger, the light is red at first, then turns green, but the issue remains.

I don’t understand what’s wrong. Is it a battery problem, or is the device malfunctioning? I need urgent help to fix this. If there’s a solution, please let me know. I don’t want to waste money on a new one if this can be resolved. Any suggestions?
