I had some stains on my clothes, so I went to Migros and bought some Kosla Vanish Oxi Action stain remover gel for 80 lira in the hopes that it would remove the stains. To my dismay, it did not remove a single stain; in fact, the stains became even more visible after using it. As a result of their actions, both Migros and Kosla have lost my trust. Even though I was very cautious and followed all of the instructions precisely, the product had no effect. I was forced to run the washing machine three times without success. I'm going to file a complaint with Consumer Rights about Migros and the Kosla product's manufacturer. I insist on conducting a thorough examination of the product. This is merely an attempt to deceive you!
