Kosla Vanish Oxi Action Ruined My T-Shirt and Pants

I used Kosla Vanish Oxi Action gel and Kosla Vanish Oxi Advance powder (both designed for colored fabrics) to remove oil stains from my husband’s navy Altınyıldız t-shirt and Beymen canvas pants. However, instead of effectively removing the stains, these products caused severe damage to both items, leaving them completely ruined and unwearable. I followed the instructions carefully, expecting safe stain removal, but these clothes are now unfit for use. Given the expense and quality of these brands, I am extremely disappointed and request a prompt resolution or compensation for the damage caused.
