Hello, about 2-3 months ago, I purchased Kosla Vanish Oxi Action to treat stains on two of my favorite pants. After using it as directed, both pants came out of the wash with noticeable fading and discoloration, making them unwearable. I am extremely disappointed, as I trusted this well-known brand to safely remove stains without damaging my clothes. I’m attaching photos of both pants to show the damage. I kindly request compensation for the loss of these items, as I feel let down by a product that should protect, not ruin, clothing. If needed, I am prepared to escalate this issue to Consumer Rights. Kosla, please restore my confidence in your brand by addressing this issue promptly.
