I'm having an ongoing problem with VakıfBank's activation process. Whenever I try to use facial recognition, I always encounter an error that stops me from finishing the activation process. In addition to the issue at hand, I am currently located abroad and unable to physically go to a branch for help or to fulfill my debt obligations. Regrettably, there is no available avenue to reach out to customer service through email. I kindly request immediate assistance in resolving this matter.
