I Am a Salary Customer but My Loan Applications Are Rejected
Although I am a VakıfBank salary customer, my personal loan applications have not been approved for about a year. I have applied many times through the mobile app, the branch, and internet banking. Each time, I either receive a warning that my credit score is low or that the transaction could not be completed. When I contacted customer service, I did not receive a clear explanation, and no additional documents or paperwork were requested. In addition, I cannot benefit from the sky limit or overdraft limit increase options. I receive the same rejection response for all my applications, without sufficient information on the reasons. I request that my loan application and limit increase requests be re-evaluated and that I be provided with a detailed explanation. My customer number is 438*****454.
Every time I get the same response that your complaint has been forwarded to the review unit, but there is no progress. I work as a security officer. We do not want the salary contract to be made with VakıfBank. I am trying to sever my ties with VakıfBank.
