I Was Charged an Annual Fee by VakıfBank on My Credit Card While Living Abroad
I would like to request the cancellation of the annual fee charged to my VakıfBank credit card. I have been a customer of your bank for approximately 10 years. I have always made my payments on time and continued to use my card actively throughout this period. Since I live abroad, I am unable to make phone calls. Unfortunately, no email address is provided for such requests, and there is no platform within mobile banking that facilitates this process. This lack of accessible communication makes it difficult for overseas customers like me to resolve such issues. As someone who regularly uses the credit card for monthly purchases, I kindly request the reversal of the annual fee charged to my card.
