Opening Vodafone Line for International Use While Abroad
I am abroad, I was doing all my banking transactions through my line registered with Vodafone. Since I forgot to activate the line while I was abroad, I cannot use Vodafone now and of course I cannot access my bank applications at the same time. I could not find any information on the Vodafone website on how to activate the line while abroad and how to deactivate it afterwards. If I download the Vodafone Yanımda application, it requires registration and password for that too. But even Vodafone itself cannot send a confirmation SMS to my Vodafone line. There is no email address to reach customer service, you can only talk to a virtual assistant via WhatsApp, which cannot answer this question. It is a great deficiency that the company could not create an alternative to solve this problem.
