Vakıfbank Annual Card Usage Fee

I have been a long-time user of VakıfBank's credit card and recently got an additional card linked to my account for my child, who is a university student. Typically, when the credit card payment date arrives, the bank automatically deducts the total amount due for both the main card and the additional card from my account down to the last penny. Until recently, the usable limits of both cards were updated immediately after the payment was processed. However, this month (November 2024), the limit of the additional card has not been updated despite the debt being cleared. I contacted customer service multiple times, but the only response I received was a vague suggestion to wait until the next day. The system collects the payment from my account but behaves as though the amount has not been received, which is frustrating and illogical. To make matters worse, there is no one to properly address the issue. This experience with VakıfBank has been deeply unsatisfying, and I regret relying on their service.
