Vakıfbank Annual Card Usage Fee
I am VakıfBank customer number 445003123586. I have a credit card number 5421********9707 issued by the bank in my name. I noticed that an Annual Card Usage Fee of 389 TL was reflected on my statement with a due date of 12.08.2024. Yesterday, the due date, I called VakıfBank customer services and requested that this fee be canceled. When this credit card was given to me, the bank officials stated that there would be no annual card fee. However, when I checked my statements with an SMS I received, I learned that an annual card usage fee of 389 TL was reflected. I hereby declare that my transactions made in accordance with the provisions of the law are unconditionally and unconditionally canceled and I am informed, otherwise I will exercise my legal rights.
