VakıfBank Charged Extra Fees on My 8500 Baht Withdrawal with Debit Card

I took out 8,500 baht while I was overseas using my VakıfBank debit card, but then I saw it showed up on my account as -9,800. When you factor in exchange rates and anticipated taxes, it comes to about a 13% fee, which is way higher than the usual 4-5% fee I’ve seen with other cards. On top of everything, there was an extra charge added to this amount without any explanation, which really left me confused and worried. I’m trying to figure out what this extra deduction is for, but since I haven’t gotten a clear answer or any transparency from VakıfBank, I’m just left wondering about their practices. This has really messed things up for me, especially because I count on my bank to manage these transactions properly.
