I Did Not Get My Refund After Closing VakıfBank Loan Early

As a salary customer of VakıfBank, I applied for a ₺125,000 personal loan on 23.05.2025 for a short-term need, albeit with an unfavorable interest rate, and fully repaid the loan with interest on 10.06.2025. I took out this loan with the belief that any unused or time-based fees would be proportionally refunded upon early repayment. Despite closing the loan in just over two weeks, no automatic refund has been initiated. Accordingly, I request a refund of the insurance policies and charges listed below. 'Kazandıran Tarife': ₺9,072.00, Insurance Policy Fee: ₺580.00, Loan Allocation Fee: ₺718.75. I kindly ask that these amounts be returned to my account without delay, as I believe this aligns with both fairness and legal regulations.
