Vaillant ecoTEC Pro Boiler Consumes Excessive Gas and I Am Requesting a Replacement
The Vaillant ecoTEC Pro VUW 286/5-3 model boiler in my home has recently started consuming an excessive amount of gas. Even though I run it on the lowest setting, it uses 12-15 cubic meters of natural gas per day. This increase in consumption has caused my utility bills to rise significantly, putting an unexpected strain on my budget. I contacted customer service and requested a service visit, but the service team only comes to my area once a week. The delay in addressing this issue is making the situation worse, as I continue to face high gas consumption daily. I believe the boiler is faulty and request its replacement with a new one. I trusted the quality of Vaillant products, and I hope this issue will be resolved promptly to restore my confidence in the brand.
