Vaillant Call Center Representative Used Profanity During My Boiler Service Request
On 10.11.2024 at 22:08, I reached out to Vaillant’s call centre to request service for my boiler and was taken aback by the treatment I received. The representative displayed a lack of professionalism, using inappropriate language and making offensive comments throughout our discussion. This behaviour is utterly unacceptable, particularly when seeking assistance for a product I have invested in. I feel it's important to share my experience for anyone thinking about Vaillant, so they know what to expect in terms of post-sales service. As a customer, I anticipated respect and support, but I was confronted with disrespectful behaviour, leading me to seriously doubt the company's dedication to its clientele.
