Mango Customer Service Agent Showed Disrespectful and Unhelpful Attitude
On September 19, 2025, at 9:24 AM, I called Mango’s head office customer service and had one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever faced with a major brand. The representative was extremely inattentive, dismissive, and even displayed a mocking, ego-driven attitude instead of providing any assistance. This behavior made me feel disrespected and not taken seriously as a customer. During the call, I formally submitted my complaint and requested a solution, and I have a record number for this interaction. However, I find it unacceptable for a company like Mango to allow customer service staff to treat clients in such a way. I demand that appropriate action be taken against this representative and that I receive a proper follow-up regarding my complaint.
