USPS Customer Service Not Responding — Cannot Locate My Package

I can see in the tracking system that my package from the United States has finally arrived, although very late. However, I still cannot see where exactly the package is located.
I tried contacting the local branch for information. First, an operator answered and transferred my call somewhere else, but no one picked up the phone after the transfer. Despite calling USPS multiple times, no one answered my calls.
This kind of treatment toward a customer is unacceptable. I would like to know where my package is and why it has been impossible to reach anyone for assistance.
