U.S. Polo Assn. Defective Pants Refused Review

I purchased a pair of pants with product code 8682734735186 from the Us Polo Assn. store in Kuşadası Mall. Immediately after receiving the pants, I noticed a ripped seam and a manufacturing defect. I sent the pants for review through the store. As seen in the picture, the ripped seam was clearly a manufacturing defect, and I received a complaint of misuse. I disputed the review and requested a re-review. Customer service told me the product would not be reviewed. They basically said, "We sold you a defective product, and we won't do anything about it. You should drink a glass of water after paying the price I paid." From now on, I will never shop from this brand again, and I won't tell anyone else to do the same. If you don't want to be victimized like me, I strongly advise you not to shop from this brand and to advise anyone else not to do the same.
