I'm filled with regret after my recent experience with U.S. Polo Assn. I bought a leather jacket from their store, and to my disappointment, it started falling apart at the seams after just two months of use. Seeking a resolution, I sent the jacket in for inspection. Unfortunately, the company claimed the damage was caused by user error, which left me disappointed. I found this response to be quite ridiculous, given the limited use of the jacket and the obvious manufacturing flaws. I made an effort to contact U.S. Polo Assn. through both phone and email, restating my concerns and including evidence of the jacket's condition. Nevertheless, they were unwavering in their position, holding me responsible for the harm.
