U.S. Polo Assn. Sent Me The Wrong Product




I bought 4 fragrances from USPA for Mother's Day, but unfortunately, only 2 of them were delivered correctly. Why do they send alternative items when the ones I specifically requested are out of stock? I've been eagerly anticipating the arrival of my package, only to be disappointed when I discovered that the items inside didn't match what I was expecting. Instead of the scents I requested, they mistakenly sent me two t-shirts. It would have been great if they had sent the right sizes for the other items as well. Now, handling the process of returning them can be quite a challenge, especially for someone with a busy schedule. I am extremely disappointed with the brand I once had faith in.
